After your order is confirmed, processing takes approximately 1–3 business days. On standard business days, orders are usually processed within about 1 business day; however, orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may take slightly longer to process.

Once processing is complete, the product is shipped; delivery takes an average of 8–12 business days. Please note that our products are shipped from an overseas central warehouse, so delivery may take a little longer—thank you for your understanding.

How to Order

Ordering is very simple. First, visit the product page and click the "Add to Cart" button.

Please ensure you have selected the correct product type. Once everything is correct, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Enter your accurate shipping details, then click the "Proceed to Shipping" button.

On the "Shipping" page, you can review the information you entered. Shipping is free in all cases—Chloe & Sarah covers all shipping costs.

Next, click the "Proceed to Payment" button. You can choose from several payment methods. All payments are protected by SSL encryption.

Shipping costs

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Shipping is completely free for all products. There is no minimum order amount.
